 When
you use the Soul Management activity and attendance screens you will realize
how easy it is to track your members from your Sunday services to your Bible
studies and even to VBS. The activities come with an easy attendance sheet that
can be read and entered by a person or by a bar-coder to quickly record the
attendance! Each activity has an enrollment list and displays who attended the
activity on the day you specified. The activities and attendance area also
comes with attachments. So if you create a flyer for revival or a poster for
the missionary service you can store that attachment in Soul Management with
that activity. And when that event comes up again you can easily retrieve that
attachment and make the appropriate updates.
 
Some other great features that come with the Activity package include a visual
Master Calendar, printable ID cards, an Activity To-do list, Resources and
Inventory. With all the features you will never be wondering where the
activity is, what is checked out to that activity and if there are any
