Mass Mailings

Communication to your congregation is one of the most important church administrative tasks. This is why Soul Management has a very flexible and powerful mass mailing functionality. In Soul Management, you cannot only send bulk letters, but you can also send out mass emails. In addition to mass mailings, you can also send one letter or one email out to special visitors or whom ever you choose. If you cannot find a letter or email you need from one of the fifteen predefined mailing templates, then create your own. You can choose who will receive this mailing and what the letter or email should say. After you have printed or sent the mailing you can view all the mailings a member has received to better track your communication.      Given that this is a very important part of Soul Management, we have included our own letter and email editor so you will not need to purchase another text editor. The built-in editor allows you to add detailed member information or other information from the database to the content of the letter or email, to make your letters more personal. Soul Management also comes with reminders, so you won’t forget when to send your mailings.

Web Interaction

One of the best forms of communication in today’s age is the internet. Soul Management utilizes this communication through its web interaction feature. Soul Management can create a member directory, member profile area, church contact page and a list of activities along with their time and location for your website.  This information will need to be given to your website administrator for publication and perhaps security settings on the member directory.      Not only can Soul Management communicate to your congregation on the internet, it can also receive information from your members. Soul Management comes with an activity sign-up form, member change form and an employee change form which your website administrator can publish. For the activity form, people can sign-up online for an activity like VBS, then you can import that information into Soul Management and save a lot of administrative time! Or a member or an employee can fill out the contact information change request form and you can review those changes and import them directly to Soul Management! *Web interaction will be available soon.
