Vendors

Keeping track of your vendors and their invoices should not be a chore. With Soul Management you can easily attach an unlimited amount of invoices or bills to a vendor’s account. This way you will never lose these important tax receipts. You can also add a payment and print the check right from the vendor screen! When you create a vendor payment along with an employee pay check you can select which account this money will be drawn from and see when the check was printed.     In Soul Management you can also add an unlimited amount of vendor contacts. So if you are on the phone with somebody and would like to remember who you spoke with, just enter them under their company name and write a quick comment about your conversation.
