Memberships

In the members area of Soul Management you can search for a specific member, visitor or get everyone in your congregation. Once you select an individual, the member details will be displayed. The member details include: membership level, gender, race, birthday, profession, baptism date, tithing envelope ID and more…      In addition to these details Soul Management also stores multiple addresses, phone numbers and emails about your member or your members’ family. The member family screen allows you to share addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and even financial transactions with other family members. And since Soul Management is so comprehensive you can also view the member’s activity attendance, prayer requests, spiritual gifts, mailings received and contributions. You can also keep track of volunteer information like areas of interest or allergy information or any other information that might be customized to your church in the notes or miscellaneous section of the member’s profile.

Reporting

The reporting functionality in Soul Management is very flexible! Soul Management comes with about 30 predefined report templates or you can choose to create your own report. You can create your own report by selecting the information you wish to display and create a criterion on that information to narrow down the results. You can also group your results and total your data. A report can be displayed in a graphical representation, or it can be printed or exported to a file. The supported exporting formats include: PDF, Excel, Word, and a Comma Delimited File. System Settings

Security:      The system administrator can add an unlimited amount of security groups, with each group having access to different Soul Management buttons and reports. After defining security groups you can add your staff to their appropriate security group. User Profile:     Each user can specify their native language, color preferences and home page. After that user logs in, regardless of which computer, Soul Management will remember their settings and translate everything into Spanish, French, English or the selected language, change the colors and open their home page! Drop-Down Items:     Every drop-down list in Soul Management is configurable! That means you can add your own membership types, address types, phone types, activity types, account types and more… You can also select the default item that will automatically be selected on initialization. Remote Access:     Since the Soul Management Client communicates to your server over TCP/IP, you can access your data anywhere over the internet. Don’t worry, the data is encrypted and only the Soul Management Client with your configuration can access your server. So take your work home or on the road.
