Data Conversion and Migration

We offer full data conversion services from other church management systems, Microsoft Excel/Access, custom systems, etc. We provide several options to ensure you find the one that best fits your needs.

  • No conversion – Free
  • Five Talent Generic Data Import – $200
    • A standard file format is provided to you for mapping data from your previous system to Five Talent Church.  Five Talent Software performs the actual migration.
  • From standard Church Management data sources - $325
    • Five Talent Performs the data mapping and conversion
  • Custom data conversion from non-standard sources - ~$700

 

Training Services

If your church would like to have additional or ongoing training for Five Talent Church, many options are available to best meet your training needs.

Self Directed – Free!
Training options for churches wishing to learn on their own or as an ongoing training vehicle to teach new staff, learn new features, etc.  Five Talent Church provides training documentation and tutorials, FAQs, in-depth feature videos, and a thorough Help Library to guide you along.

Remote Training and Setup
Remote Training and Setup includes:  in-depth phone and webinar training for all software modules, membership and data field setup and customization, and custom implementation for your default Activities, default Mailings, Chart of Accounts, and Security Groups.

  • Churches under 250 – $150
  • Churches 250-499 - $225
  • Churches 500-999 – $300

Custom Live Webinar Training
Five Talent Software offers fully custom web training sessions designed to meet your individual church needs.  Simply determine areas of the software in which you would like additional in-depth training and we will schedule an hour at your convenience to work with you and your staff to achieve your specific goals.  Multi-hour sessions are available.

Live Webinar training is a great option for training new church staff or volunteers.  Multiple people can access the training sessions from remote computers using webinar technologies and conference call capabilities helping with scheduling difficulties.  1:1 session - $50/hr. Group session - $75/hour.

Onsite Training and Setup
If you would prefer to have onsite training and implementation assistance, please let us know. We can schedule a 1-2 day training and implementation session at your church for $475/day plus travel expenses.
